Benchmark Raises Target to $140 on Equinix

from www.benzinga.com:

>>Benchmark reiterates its Buy rating on Equinix and raises its price target to $140 (previously $115) as the company is on course to achieve FCF and convert to REIT.

Benchmark says, "Equinix stock has risen on sustained demand trends, solid growth prospects, visibility to achieving free cash flow per share, and the potential to convert to a REIT. We increase our price target from $115 to $140 per share as these positives combine with a reasonable valuation, under 10x 2012E EBITDA or only 11x 2012E AFFO. We view Equinix as a core communications holding and likely a REIT within 2 years."

Mexico Public School District

from www.mexicoledger.com:

>>The snack bar will not open prior to lunch, but several new items will be available in the breakfast line. Creech has arranged for the temporary installation of a Jamba Juice machine. Four ounces of the product, which comes in several flavors such as wild berry and strawberry banana, will come on every tray, along with a protein or grain item and milk. The new item will be available at least three days a week at first.
“Jamba Juice is a great product,” Creech said. “It is frozen fruit juice similar to a smoothie but with no milk or added ice.” If the product is popular with students, larger portions will be available for purchase during lunch.
Creech says she will have 90 days, during which the machine is being loaned to the school district free of charge, to decide if the juice is a worthy addition to the school food program.

Equinix: Worth More As A REIT?

Read the whole article at Seeking Alpha:

>>Last week Wells Fargo (WFC) issued an equity report analyzing Equinix (EQIX) from a different angle: What if the company decided to become a REIT?

At the end of his research, the analyst raised the company valuation range to $146-$156 (from $123-$131), and maintained an Outperform rating.

While we do not believe the conversion is round the corner, it is certainly an interesting exercise to examine some of Equinix's metrics in a different way and try compare them to other data center providers specialized in the wholesale business.
