Internap doesn't want me to sleep

a small blog post (may be related to the situation I noticed on Keynote and printed - attached at the end of this post, as usual click for a clearer picture).

Question: how does Internap SLA apply in such cases? (scheduled network outages...)

Thanks for the scheduled and unscheduled network outages back-to-back, yo. That they're happening in the middle of the night is even better.
