The expansion of the second phase of the company’s Platform Equinix offering, LD5 IBX adds 4,000 square metres of customer space and capacity for 1,400 cabinet equivalents. LD5 IBX first opened in April 2010, and was built on the same site as Equinix’s existing LD4 IBX data centre.
