The “Galaxy Player” will use Google Inc.’s Android software, Samsung Electronics said in an e-mailed statement today. The device will go on sale in South Korea by the middle of next month, Nam Ki Yung, a spokesman for the Suwon, South Korea-based company, said in a separate phone interview.
