Exetel signs NTT bandwidth deal

ISP Exetel has signed a deal with NTT Communications to boost its international bandwidth capacity into Asia and beyond.

The company told customers in its December newsletter that NTT would reduce latency on Asian and European routes and allow Exetel to diversify its international routing suppliers.

The ISP also said it was adding a fourth point-of-presence in Sydney within Equinix' data centre "to further add to the 'disaster protection' aspect of our business and residential networks."
